CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS ASSISTANT
D & A AUTOS (MOT) Limited are looking for a confident, articulate person; either a school-leaver looking to gain some work experience or a University graduate who would like some summer work whilst looking for a full-time position. For the right candidate there is the opportunity to progress to the position of Customer Service Apprentice.
The role will involve answering the telephone and assisting our customers by booking their cars in. They will also be expected to deal with our customers face-to face. A large part of the role will also include the inputting of parts onto jobs on our bespoke Service system in a timely fashion. Full training will be given on our Service system.
Excellent communication skills are required – a GSCE in both Maths and English (Grade C and above) is essential. Written evidence of predicted grades must be shown
They must be polite and be comfortable in speaking to a range of people, sometimes dealing with complaints and solving problems.
Ideally we are looking for 2 people to cover 2 shifts, one in the morning 8am – 1pm and the other in the afternoon 1pm – 6pm and each others holidays.
The hourly rate of pay will be negotiable and can be discussed at interview.
